About the role
The Finance department at TEC Partnership are looking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Management Accountant to join the Management Accounts team. In this role you will work closely with the rest of the team to support in production of monthly management accounts and year end statutory accounts. This role is fast paced and requires a strong team player with an eye for detail.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Support with both internal and external audit procedures
Reconciliation of various ledgers including fixed assets
Holding regular meetings with Budget Holders
About the person
The successful candidate will work well in a team, have strong analytical skills as well as a developing professional skepticism. A successful candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills.
Candidates should also:
Be actively working towards completion of Level 4 AAT
Possess at least 2 years experience working within a finance environment
Have strong understanding of basic accounting and double entry
Have strong understanding of basic balance sheet reconciliations
