Crynodeb
The Cake Crew have a new vacancy for a Customer Supply Chain Manager at their site in Bala North Wales. The ideal candidate will be meticulous with a good attention to detail. Self-driven and well organised. Able to plan to meet business deadlines. Flexible to support the departmental needs and a good communicator.
Key areas of accountability are:
Champion supply chain relations for the business to all customers, with support of the planning team and commercial.
Communicating to all customers on service levels daily, expanding on shorts the reasoning and return to service information.
Attend customer meetings via teams or face to face
Generate report to support customer meetings, reviewing week on week data
Working with commercial to ensure seasonal splits and shelf fills for new launches are received in a timely manner and share with the wider team same for delists of products
Support and track new launch calendar- communicate changes
Review and create reports on tracking customer forecasts versus ordering patterns both All Year Round lines and seasonal lines
Review with the wider team receiving of orders and depo deadline dates.
Review the PQ tracker to ensure the production is on track to service dates
Support weekly outlook meeting with the wider teams
Support the planning team with communications with consolidators
Complete all Brexit documents in a timely manor
Review stock at risk with FGC for any stock support needed, request to the individual customer
Implement stock push in via customers portals and customer communications, share updates with the wider teams
Support HOOP with overall project managing of the planning elements for new products
Be an active user of the companies ERP system and support in the integration of an MPR system
Create OPD relevant reports for the business
Attend any relevant meetings as required
Holiday cover for Finished Goods Controller and Operational Planning Manager
You will posses the following skills:
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to work off own initiative as well as working as a team.
Autonomous working.
Ability to build good working relationships with internal and external teams.
Ability to plan and prioritise own workload.
Understanding of Excel, Word, and internet tools.
In depth knowledge of factory working and factory material requirements.
