Crynodeb
A CDP is required for a luxury retirement village near Coventry with a pay review in April 2025. There is a huge difference between a retirement village and a care home. Here you will be providing fresh food to the residents in their own onsite restaurant as well as an onsite spa. This is an amazing opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal food as well as work life balance.
Coventry CDP Snapshot:
• 32 hours per week @ £11.90 per hour
• 4 day week
• Finish no later than 7pm
• 2 weekends off per month
• Paid overtime
