Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor - Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Are you enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor!
In this inbound customer service role, you will manage 150-200 calls daily, providing excellent support and building rapport with customers by:
- Resolving queries over the phone.
- Setting up payment plans.
- Up-selling products and services.
- Creating new customer accounts using Five9 phone system and their management program.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Hours are fixed and cannot be adjusted.
- Workwear: Smart/casual attire.
- Holiday: No leave permitted during the first three weeks of employment.
- A positive attitude and a professional approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to commuting to and from work, whether by driving or other means, as punctuality is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Note: Reliable commuting is required due to the fixed working hours.
