The Position:
We are looking to expand our reception team here at Montgomery House
Based in South Manchester, the reception team are the first point of contact in the accommodation of 232 units across 2 buildings in the same site.
Delivering the highest level of customer service is vital when dealing with the students and working professionals living at the residential block.
The applicant:
Although full training will be provided, the following skills are preferred but not essential:
• Customer Service
• Understanding of word, excel and other Microsoft applications
• Previous reception experience
• Working as part of a team and alone
• Multitasking

Shifts available
Mon- Thurs 10pm-8am
Fri- Sun 8pm-8am
Sat – Sun 8am – 8pm

Company Overview:
LandsmoorCarr has been established since 2020 with a focus on managing the building whilst our sister company Montgomery Lets manages the lettings at Montgomery House.
Now, with the company achieving 98% occupancy in the building, LandsmoorCarr recognises the urgency of putting in place an additional members of the reception team with the following requirements:
Main responsibilities:
The successful applicants will
• Cover the front reception office and provide the highest level of customer care and service.
• Effectively deal with enquiries whilst always remaining courteous in person or via the telephone.
• Report any security/ health and safety issues, incidents and complaints to the building manager taking appropriate action immediately in the event of an emergency:
• Ensure all visitors and guest and contractors are signed in to comply with fire regulations
• Co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the building, I.e., repairs and maintenance, utility companies etc.
• Take responsibilities for all deliveries to the main office, receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcel/post in line with company procedure.
• Issuing keys only to the correct leaseholders/residents whilst always recording in line with company procedure.
• Liaise with local authorities where requested
