The must haves for this role: Mental Health professional registration (RMN, SW, OT) Masters Degree in health/social care or equivalent qualification/experience as well as evidence of CPD, or specialist training. Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and communication skills and the ability to engage clinicians and other stakeholder groups in change, development and improvement Demonstrable experience of managing difficult situations with service users that have complex mental health conditions and challenging behaviours For further information about the role, please see attached job description and person specification.
