Interim IT Support Consultant

Basic DBS disclosure required (Valid 12 Months)
Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, MDM solutions (MobileIron, InTune, MEM), and SharePoint infrastructure.
Familiarity with telephony systems such as Avaya, Unify, Mitel, 8x8 VCC, VO, and Teams telephony.
Experience with enterprise email security protocols (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) and anti-spam solutions (ProofPoint, MimeCast).
Proven experience in managing Hybrid Exchange Server environments, including DAGs and failover configurations.
Hands-on experience with Office 365 services, including Exchange Online and Teams.
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
Ability to understand and create architectural diagrams (HLD, SOW).
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Identity and Access Management.
Desirable:
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals).
ITIL or similar service management certifications
What's involved with this role: As an IT Support Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of a Hybrid Exchange Server environment, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing various IT infrastructures, including Active Directory, Mobile Device Management (MDM), SharePoint, and telephony systems.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and support Hybrid Exchange server environment (DAGs, failover).
Administer Active Directory for messaging (users, shared mailboxes, contacts).
Oversee Mobile Device Management (MobileIron, InTune, MEM).
Maintain SharePoint infrastructure, including SharePoint extranet.
Implement and manage enterprise email security (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, anti-spam).
Manage Microsoft Azure Identity and Access Management.
Support Office 365 services, telephony systems, and automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
