Crynodeb
To actively participate in a specialty Consultant led ward rounds and pharmacy led out-patient clinics. To supervise and develop other members of the pharmacy team in the provision of pharmacy services to medical specialties. To provide expert pharmaceutical advice to members of the Medical Care Groups. To work closely with the Lead Pharmacist to develop, deliver and evaluate the clinical pharmacy services to all medical specialty areas and wards.
