CATERING DUTY MANAGER
Visitors Centre, Myddelton House, Enfield
£29,938 - £34,881 per annum plus excellent benefits
Permanent - 35 Hours per week on a Monday to Sunday Shift Rota

If you’re passionate about producing deliciously tasting, beautifully presented food and delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds customers’ expectations then you’ll fit right in with the team at the Visitors Centre Café.
As Catering Duty Manager, you’ll head up our friendly, outgoing food and beverage team where your professional approach along with creativity and flair will help you build relationships and achieve our commercial objectives. You’ll help to deliver our customer promise of satisfying our customers at every opportunity you get, through your passion and ability to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar environment would be desirable along with the ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Level 3 Food & Hygiene Certificate preferable
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on visitor satisfaction
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Ability to accurately track catering supplies, manage stock levels, and raise and follow up on purchase orders as needed.
