Join the Direct Commercial Flooring Team
Direct Commercial Flooring is a leading provider of flooring solutions for our new-build properties, partnering with some of the biggest housing developers in the country. We are renowned for our expertise, efficiency, and commitment to delivering high-quality flooring installations. We are seeking experienced flooring fitters to join our skilled team and contribute to our continued success in the New-Build & Social Housing sectors. As a fitter with Direct Commercial Flooring you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring types, including carpet, LVT vinyl, and laminate, working closely with Site Managers and our inhouse Project Teams to ensure timely and flawless installations.
What We Offer:
• Materials: We deliver all materials direct to site and collect all waste via our hotline.
• Inspections: We inspect properties to ensure that they are ready and suitable for fitting.
• Workload: Regular work with a large pipeline of projects covering the whole of the UK.
• Payments: Rolling weekly payments

What We're Looking For:
• At least 3 years of experience in flooring installation.
• Valid CSCS cards and public liability insurance.
• Proven expertise in installing a variety of flooring types (carpet, LVT, vinyl, laminate)
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and specifications.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own reliable transportation and tools.
