Join our small and hardworking Box Office team to sell and actively promote tickets, products, offers and services and contribute to a visitor experience that aims to delight.
The Key Objectives of this post are:
• To deliver an accurate, efficient, and inclusive ticketing and information service contributing to a visitor experience that aims to delight
• To sell and actively promote tickets, products, offers, and services to maximise sales and audience attendance
• To provide exceptional standards of customer care and service that is above and beyond expectation
• To work supportively as part of a small team
Free parking available when working
Staff discount at the bars
5.6 weeks holiday including bank holidays (Pro-rata)
Rota confirmed at least two weeks in advance via an online roster
Selected seasonal opportunities for Complimentary tickets available on selected performances each season (not guaranteed)
Travel season ticket loans (interest free)
Permanent Part-time position, 10 hours per week
