Hours: 40 hours / Days
Location: Kenwyn Care Home, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3EB
Salary: Competitive + bonuses up to 100%

To be considered for the role of Home Manager you will have inspirational leadership skills with a passion for person centred care, with a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalised care through continuous improvement.
ABOUT YOU
• Experience of managing a large care home
• Marketing and occupancy experience
• A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines
-Experience leading a large team
• Nurse qualification is desirable but not essential
• Experience creating strong links within the local community
