MJ Signs Ltd are experienced sign creators, with a people -first mentality, What we do leads the way whether that’s taking care of our customers or collaborating with our contractors. Our relaxed warm and self-assured approach makes people feel comfortable about working with either as part of our team or as one of our valued customers.
Currently we are seeking a Sign Estimator to join our office-based team in a full-time role.
Package and Renumeration will be subject to experience.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking while working as part of our visionary team.
As a Sign Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating customer requirements, providing accurate cost estimates, and working closely with the sales team to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction.
While prior experience is preferred, training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support for the sales team.
Creating accurate cost estimates for signage projects using Clarity software.
Coordinating delivery schedules with suppliers and maintaining an up-to-date scheduling system.
Purchasing signage materials as needed.
Additional Benefits:
20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays (some to be used during the company’s holiday shutdown between Christmas and New Year)
Full training provided
Free on-site parking and 2 min walk from train station
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break).

Qualifications:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
Preferred Experience (not essential as training will be given to the right person):
Signage estimation and costing
Knowledge of various signage materials and installation methods.
Previous experience in the sign industry is a plus.
Familiarity with Clarity software for estimating and project management.
A technical background in signage or graphic design education would be an advantage.
Experience in Microsoft word and excel
