Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes, following established recipes and guidelines to uphold Playback's culinary excellence.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the kitchen.
Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to support daily operations, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment that reflects Playback's brand ethos.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, adapting to changing circumstances and contributing to the success of Playback's culinary offerings.
Menu Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and culinary techniques to provide excellent customer service and contribute to the overall success of Playback's culinary operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Passion for American fusion comfort food and a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
