Summary
Working autonomously to complete ICA (initial clinical assessment) of patients booking in to the UTC environment. Full training will be given Working to support colleagues to see, treat, manage and discharge a full range of minor injuries and illnesses. Development will be provided in the future to work autonomously Making clinical decisions where to direct patients when they arrive into department, navigating serious illnesses and emergencies to A&E.
