We are an award-winning jewellery workshop based in Central Scotland, who specialise in creating handmade bespoke and remodelled jewellery that’s inspired by the lives & memories of our customers. We are a small team who are dedicated to providing our customers with not only the best customer experience but also creating bespoke pieces of jewellery uniquely crafted to hold their story within the design. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bench Jeweller to join our team to offer not only bench skills but to contribute to the creative growth of the business and share in our continued growth and success.
Role Overview:
As an Experienced Bench Jeweller, you will play a vital role in crafting fine jewellery. You will work on a wide range of tasks, including stone setting, metalsmithing, remodelling, and polishing, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision are met.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
4 years experience as a Bench Jeweller with a portfolio of work to showcase your craftsmanship
Expertise in stone setting claw, flush, pave and bezel settings, including shaped stones
Strong attention to detail and high standards of precision
Strong gold-smithing experience working with different precious metals & gemstones
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and an eye for design
Passion for jewellery making and commitment to delivering exceptional quality
Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
Desirable Skills:
Experience with a laser
Metalsmithing, smelting and remodelling
Previous experience in bespoke jewellery design and creation
