Experienced Care Assistant Required(Days and Nights Carers Required)
Assisting the service users with the activities of daily living and personal care. To work alongside and with other care staff in the delivery of all aspects of personal and hands on care such as for e.g. Assisting and supporting residents with meals, assisting with toileting and showering needs. Answering call bells and requests for assistance from the residents Dealing with problems immediately. Referring problems/concerns to the person in charge Assessing residents condition and reporting any change immediately to the person in charge. Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support. To ensure that the rights of the service user are upheld and promoted at all times, ensuring principles of choice, respect, dignity and privacy. Deliver Hands on Care .Reporting any issues to the management team.
