Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Westminster, London
Salary: £45,000

Join a leading Facilities and Maintenance company seeking skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineers for a static site near Westminster. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform PPMs and reactive maintenance in line with schedules and best practices.
- Monitor and maintain all plant and equipment on-site.
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with site processes.
- Manage CAFM systems to meet SLA requirements.
- Address client issues promptly and professionally.
- Participate in an on-call rota for emergency responses.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (AM2 if required).
- 18th Edition qualification (2391 Test & Inspection desirable).
- Experience in occupied office environments.
- Valid driving license and ability to obtain DBS clearance.
