The following skills and experience will be required and are essential for the successful candidates: Ensure practice is in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and work within limits of competence. To have successfully completed the Trusts preceptorship programme. Maintain a high standard of nursing care applying evidence-based practice. Carry out assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care without supervision remotely using Current Health technology. Carry out the daily virtual visits of patients.
