Crynodeb
Davies and Jones are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our front desk team.
This position will mainly be based in our Porth practice, but may include shifts in our other practices once training is complete.
Full time available for the right candidate.
The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for many of our enquiries so excellent customer service and communicative skills are required.
On a day-to-day basis, your role will include using our patient management system to book appointments and our scanning equipment to pre-screen patients, so it is essential that you are computer literate and technology savvy.
We are looking for applicants who are excellent team players, but can also work independently in a fast-paced environment, whilst keeping the patient journey a priority.
In return we can offer you a fantastic opportunity to learn about dispensing optics.
