We are currently looking for a Partnerships Development Manager to join our team, either based locally to our Colchester office or remotely.
We are in an exciting growth phase, the role will contribute to increasing our income position through effective sales development activity. The focus on this role will be attracting new trading brokers, across our insurer, broker and MGA distribution channels by promoting our full range of ancillary products and services.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in business-to-business sales in an insurance environment, along with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. A working experience of legal expenses insurance and other ancillary lines would be beneficial, which will be complemented by full product training.
The successful candidate must be able to travel regularly throughout the UK, and to our head office in Colchester if remotely based.
Along with basic contractual benefits, such as 25 days holidays and pension, we offer a host of other benefits including free insurances (Private medical insurance, Dental insurance, Life Assurance, Income Protection and Travel), additional days off each year as 'AmTrust Days' (up to 12 extra days per year), and free on-site parking.
