Summary
You will be working for a company who builds new homes and retrofits existing homes including extensions to a highly sustainable standard. You will typically be working on one site at a time which could be for a period of one month to 6 months.
Responsibilities include:
Keep the site tidy including putting rubbish in skip and cleaning up
Assisting other workers in the performance of their tasks such as wood working, installation of insulation, assisting bricklayers, roofer, electrician, plumber etc.
It is important that you are a self-starter, motivated to work hard and prepared to actively seek work to do by talking to other members of the team.
No experience necessary, this is a good opportunity to get an entry level position in the construction industry.
Must be able to get to site independently, preferably with your own car.
The job pays at a minimum the Cheshire West and Chester Living Wage, but could pay more depending on performance.
