Summary

We have an excellent opportunity available to join our excellent Experience and Engagement Team, based in Student and Library Services.

This role is a fixed term and is full time. It has a customer focus, supporting service delivery across multiple University locations to the University Community and has line management reporting responsibilities.

Customer services experience and organisation skills are key to this role.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post will not qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.

Please note that the University may ask you to participate in a number of selection activities as part of the recruitment process for this vacancy.
