Meet and train cleaning staff
Complete quality standard audits.
Covering of jobs and organisation of cover staff for sickness and holiday cover.
Build relationships with clients & employees.
Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and support team members.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and high morale among staff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all locations.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a multi-site environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in the cleaning industry
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
