The Role

As a Support Worker at CCP, you will provide vital support to young people living in our supported accommodation in
Gloucestershire. This is a full-time position working 12 hour shifts, in our Accommodation Based Services team.




What You'll Do

* You'll provide practical and emotional support to individuals living in Gloucester, helping to promote a greater level of
independence.
* You’ll do this in a trauma-informed way (you will be thoroughly trained) and by building strong relationships with the
individuals you support.
* You'll need to promote the rights and interests of the young people.
* You'll need to protect them from danger, harm, or abuse.
* It can be challenging, however the rewards are amazing to see how your, advice, knowledge and guidance has such a positive
impact on these young peoples lives.
* To be successful in this role, you'll need to be patient, kind, resilient, and professional, with a calm and caring approach.

Hours: Full time (39.375 hours per week)

Shift Pattern: 12 hour working days - 3 days on 4 off, 4 days on 3 off alternating - working every other weekend

Contract: Permanent

Location: Gloucester

Pay: £24,990 per year (FTE)

Closing Date: 16th March 2025 - CCP reserves the right to close the job advert early if needed.

Provisional date for interviews: 21st March 2025




*Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be
compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing
additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
