The position will be based in our Store Stock Planning team, at our Welwyn Garden City office.

You will be responsible for

  • Oversee and support the Allocation of New Lines in to store.
  • Distribute the day to day Replenishment of full price stock in line with the agreed stock plan.
  • Responsible for Stock Planning and will effectively communicate with Internal teams and with colleagues across different work levels.
  • Analyse the performance of products, providing accurate information and taking appropriate action.
  • Managing and trade the stock of Event and Promotions throughout the season.
  • Allocate to New Store Openings and Refits, monitoring the package to ensure successful launch,
  • Responsible for analysing groups of stores and how they trade stock, sharing this knowledge to the wider team for commercial decisions.
  • Maintaining successful meetings with Merchandising by promoting distribution strategies, identifying priorities for the business.
  • Producing daily and weekly reports that will support trading decisions for the Stock Planning Team.

You will need

  • Effective Communication experience.
  • Experience within collective team work.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with own team members & other functions.
  • Previous experience working under pressure and demonstrating innovation and change.
  • Previous experience within an Allocation, Distribution or Supply Chain Role
  • Good Excel computer skills and numerical and logical skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
