YOUR ROLE:As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the customer service team, providing outstanding support to customers, suppliers, and branches across the network.
Your day-to-day will involve:

âœ”ï¸ Creating and following up on quotations, ensuring excellent service from start to finish.
âœ”ï¸ Processing orders with accuracy to minimise credit notes and maximise customer satisfaction.

âœ”ï¸ Keeping detailed records of calls, emails, and sales activity.
âœ”ï¸ Resolving customer and supplier queries quickly and effectively.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:We need someone who is:
