Crynodeb

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Do you have a heart for supporting and empowering others to reach their full potential? If so, we want to hear from you.

We are currently recruiting for full-time or part-time Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism.

A major part of the Support Worker role is to understand the person you are supporting, which at times will include providing emotional and practical support to enable someone to live their life, their way. No experience is required in this role, just a commitment to empower people to achieve independence and develop life skills. No two days are the same in a supporting role, and if you like variety in your day, this could be the role for you.

Here’s what you’ll get when you join us:
• From £12.03 per hour, plus £75 per sleep-in
• Paid annual leave and a day off on your birthday
• Full induction and bespoke training with regular updates
• Access to exclusive rewards and discounts via The Care Professional Academy
• Guaranteed hours
• Additional Perks: Costco card, Blue Light Discount card, Paid DBS check
• A friendly, supportive working environment

What we’re looking for:
• A commitment to empowering people, working closely with their family, and maintaining a positive and compassionate nature.
• Self-direction, the ability to take responsibility, and remaining calm in difficult situations
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, bank holidays and sleep-ins
• Full UK Manual driving license

Please note: at this time, we are unable to take on any applicants on a Tier 2 or student visa.

This position is open to female applicants only, as permitted under the Equality Act 2010.
