Crynodeb
You will also ensure safe and effective medicines management processes within the service. This will include compliance with regulatory medicines management standards and implementation of medicines safety alerts. As a senior member of the pharmacy team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to broader Trust initiatives and priorities. The role demands an organised, flexible individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work on their own initiative as well as provide strong leadership and mentorship. There is no current requirement to work on-call, Bank Holidays or weekends. Due to the location of various units, an ability and willingness to travel around Trust locations is required and in turn there is opportunity to consider a base within the Specialist locality that is suitable to the successful candidate. The Clinical Pharmacy service is highly regarded within the organisation and should you wish to join our team you will become one of a large team of Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Medicines Management Nurses and Pharmacy Assistants working across the Trust with a highly supportive and experienced senior leadership team.
