The Area Facilities Officer (LBS-007) is a vital role within our organization, focusing on ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities across designated areas. In this role, you will work closely with a range of stakeholders including vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that all facilities are operational and well-maintained. Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities management in the designated areas.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of repair work.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility services.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify areas requiring maintenance or improvement.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Assist in budget planning and management for facility operations and maintenance.
Prepare reports and documentation related to facility performance and maintenance activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of maintenance processes and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £18.26
