Crynodeb
The IS Senior Analyst – Project Management is a senior role in the IS team of Booker and is responsible for handling projects for the stabilisation of the existing systems and hardware infrastructure for the recently acquired Venus Wine and Spirit Merchant business, based at Venus’s head office in Tottenham. This will involve being responsible for the existing third party suppliers of the Venus IT systems, delivering agreed upgrades on their platforms and running the migration from third party to Booker systems. Oversight of training of Venus personnel will be key to the successful delivery of the change programme.
- Manage 3rd party and internal teams working on sponsored projects effectively in order to bring about successful project outcomes
- Contribute to and maintain the Venus transition systems roadmap.
- Escalate issues expected to impact project success including budget, resource and timing factors.
- Good understanding of IT networking
- Familiarity with SAP desirable
- Ideally, good knowledge of the wholesale industry and business processes.
- Strong people management, with validated ability to efficiently develop team partnership.
- Technical project management skills and successful delivery of change programs.
- Service leadership skills with experience of introducing good long term support provision.
- Building credible and long lasting relationships with business partners.
- Consistent delivery of results.
