Summary

Children’s Complex Care Support Worker – Surrounding Areas Of Crewe

Location: Surronding areas of Crewe (Northwich, Winsford, Tarporley, Macclesfield)
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour + Holiday Pay + Pension + Mileage
PART-TIME – FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED

Here at Alcedo Care, we are looking for empathetic and dedicated Children and Young People Support Workers to provide outstanding care in the Surronding areas of Crewe. Full training is provided by our in-house Complex Nurse team to ensure you deliver the highest standard of care.

What Does the Role Involve?

This role requires both day and evening shifts on a rota basis and involves short visits, typically lasting a couple of hours per session. As a Children’s Complex Care Support Worker, you will:

  • Support children and young people in trampolining, swimming, socialising, and visiting local parks.
  • Assist with morning and bedtime routines.
  • Provide care for individuals with:
    • Autism and ADHD
    • Learning disabilities
    • Challenging behaviour
    • Complex care needs

      Essential Requirements:
      • Must be 18 years or older.
      • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
      • Experience working with children and young people in a care setting.
      • Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
      • Strong time management and reliability.
      • A caring, empathetic attitude with a nurturing approach.
      • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
