What Does the Role Involve?Alcedo Care is seeking empathetic and dedicated Children and Young People Support Workers to provide exceptional care through short visits, typically lasting a couple of hours per session. You will play a vital role in supporting children and young people, ensuring they live fulfilling lives both at home and within the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients with activities such as trampolining, swimming, socialising, and visiting local parks.
- Helping with clients’ morning and/or bedtime routines.
- Providing personalised care, including support for:
- Autism and ADHD
- Learning disabilities
- Challenging behaviour
- Complex care needs

Who Can Apply?- Must be 18 or over
- Minimum six months’ experience in care
- Experience working with children is essential
- Reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy
- Right to work in the UK
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
