We have a great opportunity for a Working Foreman / Foreman working with a fit-out contractor near Abingdon, Oxford
The Project is a laboratory fit out project. You will be the number working foreman / foreman and be responsible for managing the logistics, sub-contractors, documents and inductions. You will be reporting to the Construction and Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
The ideal Site Supervisor must have:
- Have Office / laboratory fit out experience
- Ability to take instruction from No.1 Site Manager
- Have experience in working on commercial / laboratory fit outs
- Experience in M+E
- Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
- Experience successfully running fit out projects as a foreman on commercial projects
- Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
- SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card
