We are currently looking to appoint a Sales Manager at our City club, reporting to the General Manager and working alongside the club head of department team. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets for the City club through innovation and proactivity.

In this role you will…

  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of Sales Consultants, ensuring high engagement and performance levels through coaching and developing sales techniques and skills, holding world-class, regular 1:1's to support team member growth. You’ll embody our values and effectively enable your team to be successful, ensuring KPI’s are met and sales targets are achieved consistently.
  • Provide sales training for all club team members who are in a position to sell, so that the level of customer experience and team member productivity is aligned – a ‘one team’ mentality.
  • Respond to all relevant member feedback, communicating and collaborating with other Heads of Department to ensure an effective outcome.
  • Continually analyse industry trends and competitor activity, build lasting corporate relationships and develop new strategic sales initiatives to attract new members and also further enhance current member experience.
  • Work closely with the internal leadership team and wider club to deliver an exceptional member experience, ensuring high engagement and retention levels.

In order to be successful in this role, you have:

  • Leadership experience of a sales team, preferably within a membership/B2C environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems – we use Hubspot at Third Space.
  • Maximising business opportunities in club through your people, cross-functionally and working with technology.
  • You will also need to be happy to work flexibly (unsociable hours and weekends).
