The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Spanish / English Speaking Technical Support Agent
Pay rate: £24,000 - £27,000
Location: Dundee
Contract: Permanent Full time
Working Hours: 8am - 4:30pm ( 2-3 Days Office based and the rest at home)
Duties:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls, emails and web chats within agreed timescales
- Updating the customer records accordingly
- Investigate customer issues
- Enter orders, credit notes, credit card payments onto the systems
What we are looking for:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Both Written and Verbal)
- Works well in part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Strong IT and Technical skills
