Summary
To work within a multidisciplinary respiratory team to deliver community respiratory service in West Hertfordshire 7 days a week, providing expert specialist care to patients with COPD, asthma, bronchiectasis. This includes hospital at home (admission avoidance and virtual hospital discharge scheme), home oxygen assessment & review service and follow up clinics and home visits to provide Our services are: Hospital at Home / Virtual Hospital, Respiratory Home Visits Respiratory Clinics TB Nursing screening, clinics, home visits, Obstructive sleep apnoea diagnostics, clinics and CPAP care Non-Invasive ventilation for COPD clinics and BIPAP care Home Oxygen Assessment & Review Pulmonary Rehabilitation Respiratory Physiotherapy Please refer to job description, person specification and trust values, for outline of skills, knowledge and experience required.
