Job title: Coachbuilder
Location: Hogwood Industrial Estate, Wokingham, RG40 4QQ
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07.30 – 16.00
Reporting to: Engineering Manager.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PSV/PCV Coachmaker / Coachbuilder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from full refurbs, repaints, panel touch-ups to chassis repairs and more. You will be working within a very small team, so a collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently are crucial.
Coachbuilder Technician Duties:
- Maintain high standards of workmanship across all tasks.
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage and document work progress and any issues encountered.
- Welding/spraying/body repairs
Coachbuilder Technician Skills:
- Documented experience as a Coachmaker / Coachbuilder.
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to perform a variety of repair and refurbishment tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- While not essential, having a PCV licence would be a great advantage.
