Responsibilities
Design and develop educational programs and training materials that meet organizational needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments and feedback.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning content.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff and stakeholders.
Manage and maintain a centralized knowledge repository to ensure easy access to information.
Monitor learning trends and industry developments to incorporate best practices into programs.
Conduct research to identify new learning methodologies and technologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to analyze data and assess program effectiveness.
Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for project management.
