Gi Pro are excited to join forces with a global multi-site manufacturer with a long-established history, offering stability and long-term opportunities for growth. We're currently seeking electrically biased maintenance engineers to join a well experienced and efficient team, providing effective reactive and preventative maintenance, repair and servicing of plant and equipment for a state-of-the-art site.
Typical duties will involve:
- Collaborate with the factory team to execute the site's strategic plan.
- Use a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planned preventative maintenance and stock control.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs.
- Conduct reactive maintenance tasks as needed.
- Accurately record all relevant data.
- Drive continuous improvement across the facility to enhance capabilities.
Desirable experience:
- Experienced in a preventative planned maintenance setting.
- Skilled in maintaining large engineering plants and equipment.
- Experienced with maintenance and fault diagnosis of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Understanding of basic continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Experience in PLC fault finding (siemens- highly desirable), three phase systems and invertor drives.
- Hold an apprenticeship (Level 3) in electrical maintenance or equivalent.
