Job Title: Key Office Holder

Location: Blackbushe Logistics Hub

Shifts: Mon-Fri 11am - 8pm

Salary: £24,485

MUST HAVE A UK DRIVING LICENSE TO MOVE CARS IN THE YARD

Purpose of the Role:

The Key Office Holder is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the logistics hub, ensuring the secure handling of vehicle keys, adherence to site procedures, and maintaining a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Key Management:


Issue keys to collecting drivers and record transactions accurately.
Store and maintain vehicle keys securely within the key room.
Conduct a full key audit twice weekly and file reports in the Stock Check File.



Yard Operations & Security:


Ensure the yard and fenceline are maintained to a high standard.
Perform security checks on the compound, identifying fence weaknesses and ensuring all vehicles are secured.
Ensure on-site rules are adhered to by all drivers, including compliance with Hi-Vis and security requirements.
Enforce BCA Logistics’ driver code of conduct to maintain a professional workforce.



Vehicle Movements & Dispatch:


Receive vehicle deliveries via transporter.
Prepare vehicle loads for transporter collection.
Move vehicles on-site as required (a clean, valid driving licence is essential).
