Regional Bodyshop Manager
Up to £55,000 per annum, bonus OTE up to £85,000 per annum.

Halo ARC - North East based in Wakefield, covering Blackburn, York, Stoke, Crewe, Rochdale & Lincoln.
Halo is the industry leading UK-based accident repair group, with 34 established accident repair centres across the UK and we
are still growing.
The position is a high-profile position within the business, the Regional Manager will have experience in every area of the
Bodyshop and use this knowledge to provide support and guidance to our North of England sites.
Our Bodyshop’s are fast paced and exciting with lots of opportunities to utilise the whole spectrum of your skill set.
The role will include, but is not limited to the following:
* Working closely with seven sites to maintain KPI’s.
* Provide cover to the Bodyshop Managers through holiday/sickness.
* Provide training and mentoring to new staff members and Bodyshop Managers within your teams.
* Working alongside and supporting senior management through communication and ensure the sites are meeting key to key targets.
* Travelling to all of the sites in this region
What are we looking for?
* At least 3 years body shop experience
* At least 1 year experience in an accident repair setting
* Full UK Driving Licence
