Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day management of patients and will have excellent communication skills to negotiate with all stakeholders. In addition, he/she will: Share with colleagues in the responsibility of providing Urology services for the local population in the 3 ILGs. Be required to foster excellent working relationships within the Urology Department, including medical, nursing, and secretarial and support staff and Management Teams. Assist with the achievement of internal and external Directorate targets for patient activity. Assist with the optimal use of all resources allocated to the service.
