Summary
The role will also provide assurance to the People Directorate team on the quality of the services provided through improved key performance indicators and the provision of robust reporting and auditing processes. As Divisional Head of HR you will be accountable for the delivery of a first class HR & OD service to a dedicated business unit, leading a team and partnering with others to achieve this. The People & OD Directorate are keen supporters in developing and growing their own staff, with plans in place that involves career progression and development opportunities. Please note this is a hybrid role with a flexible mix of home working and an on-site presence across our sites at Lincoln, Boston, Grantham, Louth and any other satellite sites as may be required.
