Summary
Freelance 3D Visualizer – Remote | £40 p/h (Outside IR35)
We are a specialist M&E, irrigation, pipework, and landscaping company seeking an experienced Freelance Revit Design Engineer to support our projects. This role focuses on creating CAD drawings for pipework, irrigation systems, and related services.
Role Overview:As a 3D Visualiser, you will be responsible for:
- Producing high-quality renders for client presentations and project approvals.
- Taking design information from SketchUp and Revit models to create detailed and engaging visualisations.
- Enhancing images with textures, lighting, and post-processing for a professional finish.
- Collaborating with engineers and designers to ensure visuals align with project requirements.
- Meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and design accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in 3D visualisation and rendering, preferably in M&E, landscaping, or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (such as Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or Twinmotion).
- Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and composition to create realistic visuals.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and convert them into compelling visuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
