We are looking for a Sixth Form Senior Administrator to join our talented and supportive team at Marling School. We are a thriving Multi-Academy Trust with a strong collective identity of working together to generate and celebrate success within our communities. Hours – 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time + INSET)
Start Date – ASAP
Actual Salary – £24,967 - £27,107 pro rata
We are seeking to appoint an organised and professional 6th Form Senior Administrator to support the leadership work of the Sixth Form team and the enrolment and support of students. You will promote a calm, purposeful and positive working environment, enabling an efficient administrative service and supporting students to achieve their best. This is a busy, fast-paced team requiring energy, initiative and a calm approach. The role is varied and will involve leading colleagues, working on your own initiative, as well as part of a team, across the Sixth Form buildings including with colleagues in the Main School.Applicants should:
● Have strong interpersonal skills to work with all stakeholders
● Have a willingness to seek out opportunities to support staff and students, and Sixth Form events
● Be willing to contribute to the recruitment and retention activities of the Sixth Form as a whole
