Commercial Maintenance Plumber - Facilities Management
Perth/Fife/Dundee
Full time, permanent role
We are recruiting for an FM / Maintenance Plumber to join a well established, national Facilities Management Service provider.
You can be based in either Dundee/Perth/Fife, as the role will cover Fife, Perthshire and Dundee contracts.
Your Role:
- Collaborate with engineers and plumbers, ensuring high standards in quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Install, service, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in diverse settings, mainly within commercial environments such as hotels, colleges, and commercial offices.
- Keep accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently, supporting smooth project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Must have SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating- showcasing your technical expertise.
- A valid CSCS Card - demonstrating your commitment to professional standards.
- Experience working in a busy commercial FM environment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, helping you connect with people at all levels.
