About the Role

As a Business Support Level 1, you will play a key role in assisting the Behaviour and Emotional Health (BEH) Team. Your responsibilities will include handling phone enquiries, general administration and typing letters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic and engaging role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A great opportunity to be part of a team making a real difference!

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent telephone skills and be able to speak directly with colleagues, partner agencies and citizens accessing the service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of an extremely busy team.
  • A basic DBS check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
