About the Role
As a Business Support Level 3, you will play a key role in assisting the Behaviour and Emotional Health (BEH) Team. Your responsibilities will include uploading referrals, handling phone enquiries, supporting practitioners, finance, general administration and typing letters, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic and engaging role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A great opportunity to be part of a team making a real difference!
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent telephone skills with the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, partner agencies, and citizens accessing the service.
- Strong organisational skills to manage finance processes and ensure accurate data entry.
- Ability to support practitioners with administrative tasks and service coordination.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while also contributing effectively to a busy team.
- A basic DBS check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
