Job Title: CNC Turner Programmer

Location: Thame

Hours: Days based role

Pay Rate: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)



We are currently recruiting for a CNC Turner Programmer for our client in Thame. They specialise within smaller subcontract jobs, working from their machine shop in Oxfordshire creating components for the Motorsport, Aerospace, Food and Science industries.

They offer precision machining of bespoke or multiple components, along with design and development from initial concept through to manufacture.

**Whats the job?**


* Experienced CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator
* Ideally capable of programming own work
* Offline programming included with GibbsCAM
* Experience in small batch/one offs work and complex parts
* Operating Doosan CNC Lathes
* Quality focused working to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Able to read and interpret drawings
* Able to work as a team player and using own initiative
* Fast paced environment

**Who can do this?**


* CNC Lathe programming/setting/operating is a must
* Experience with Fanuc controls
* Offline programming experience is necessary (Preferably GibbsCAM but others considered)
* Must have a flexible and positive approach to working methods.
* Familiar with smaller batch runs/one offs is advantageous
* Doosan Lathe experience is preferable
* Toolmaking experience advantageous but not essential
